What does success look like?
When inviting members, it’s important to let them know the goal of the program in relation to themselves.
This helps set expectations early for both mentors and mentees, and helps them identify more with their mentorship program.
You can add this information to your program's landing page, but to really get the message across: send your members an announcement and let them know more about the program.

💡 Take advantage of announcements to remind mentees to schedule their first sessions.
Monitor and manage
It's always best to take a moment and identify participants who haven't been engaging as expected, and to find out why.
To identify mentees with a low session count, head over to the Reporting tab and scroll down to Sessions per users.
From here, you can see which mentees have had the least amount of sessions. Consider sending them a message to prompt them to book, mentor suggestions or mentorship tips.
