Inviting members via CSV

This feature simplifies the onboarding process for mentors, and mentees, making it easier than ever to get them started with Mentorly. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to utilize this updated feature.

Prerequisites

Before you get started, head to the Import page in your Mentorly dashboard (Members section) to download our CSV template.

To get started, you will need to fill out the CSV template with the following parameters for each member:

1. Email: The email address of the member.

2. Full Name: The full name of the member.

3. Is Mentor (Y/N): Specify 'Y' if the member is a mentor or 'N' if they are not.

You can choose if you want to use the remaining parameters included in the field. These are optional and can be filled in by participants when they sign up to Mentorly after receiving your invitation.

NOTE: Column AC to AI represent the Mentorly Matching questions. Although you can upload responses to these questions in bulk with a CSV file, we recommended having participants answer these questions themselves during onboarding.
